Whatever random thoughts may come to my mind, desire is always oozing through my fingers and mouth to either write or sing (if i could) about them respectively. So most of the things I post are just my expressions of how I look at life around me. This afternoon i realized that my life revolves, is shaped or is in between the lines of this other poem I am having in my room. After every prayer each morning I open my eyes to read it until the last word. I have memorized it but I still read it (um nt sure if it is 4 formality or it is just discipline). It is a familiar poem from movies like Akeelah and the Bee and Coach Carter. Presidents like Mandela once quoted the poem. The poem goes like...
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
We ask ourselves, who am i to be brilliant, gorgeous and fabulous. Actually who are we not to be? Your playing small doesn't serve the world, We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same".
